Gabriel Roux is a professional Mexican photographer who for more than three decades, from the Lacandon Jungle to the White House, has traveled the world capturing human interaction in various facets, immersing himself in his environment and atmosphere.
In the last 20 years he has stood out for his participation in sports photography traveling around the planet as an official photographer of various international golf tournaments of the LPGA and the PGA, sailing and fishing competitions in the United States, he has been in charge of Capturing the Mexican Tennis Open in Acapulco and Los Cabos, as well as Equestrian and Polo tournaments, has a photographic presence in multiple World Wrestling Council meetings and matches of Major League Baseball and the Mexican Baseball League. He also covered Nascar and Formula One in Mexico
On the other hand, on the corporate side, Gabriel has attended hundreds of large-scale conventions around the world, with clients such as: the United Nations, Citigroup, Citibanamex, Santander, HSBC, USANA, ABC Hospital, McKinsey & amp; Company, Fuller Cosmetics México, Universidad Iberoamericana, General Motors, Emporio Hotels, Coca Cola, Pepsi Co, among others.
In the field of portraits, they have given him the confidence to photograph Barack Obama (in the White House), Gerald Ford, George W Bush, George W Bush Jr., Bill Clinton, Condolezza Rice, Vicente Fox, Felipe Calderón, Enrique Peña Nieto, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (in the debates prior to the elections), CEOs of world-renowned companies and high-ranking athletes such as Pelé, Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Joe Montana, Lorena Ochoa, Gaby López, Ana Gabriela Guevara, Aida Román etc.
As part of the acknowledgments received, the various interviews that have been carried out for specialized photography magazines, reports and conferences requested for being a Mexican photographer that have managed to stand out worldwide stand out.
He has always distinguished himself for his enormous kindness and commitment to the people and the environment that surrounds him, for understanding their needs and invariably offering a plus of quality and talent in each and every one of his photographs.
Gabriel Roux started in the world of photography with a Nikon FA camera, processing his own photographs in an analogous way. He came to professionalism with the Nikon D2X and maintains his standard with the Nikon D5 and Nikon Z6II for all of his experiences.
He currently accompanies Nikon in his story using mirrorless technology.
